Fall/Winter/Spring Worship

Join us on Sundays at 11 am in the historic Redeemer Sanctuary for worship rooted in Scripture and tradition, yet relevant to our shifting modern world.

We follow the standard United Methodist liturgy and order of worship found in the United Methodist Hymnal. This includes an invitation to worship, call-and-response prayers, and sung responses throughout the service. We are steadily moving toward greater use of updated language in these traditional songs that is gender-inclusive and gender-neutral, in reflection of God’s diverse and beautiful creation.

Redeemer is blessed with a rich and talented congregation who share their talents during worship. We incorporate traditional music from the United Methodist Hymnal and The Faith We Sing with modern worship music and masterpieces from classical, theatrical, and Gospel traditions as well. We are happy to welcome a wide variety of special musicians to lead worship. Learn more about music at Redeemer by visiting our Music page.

Our worship services are anchored by a strong, Scripturally-based sermon delivered by Pastor Shannon, one of our talented lay speakers, or guest speakers invited by the congregation. Most of our sermons are part of a multi-week series designed to dig deeper and build on the lessons we take from week to week. Visit the main Worship page for a sneak peek of upcoming series!

Special Sundays

Several Sundays throughout the year are occasion for special services celebrating the life of our congregation or events around the globe that speak to our mission as followers of Christ. We also recognize special Sundays designated by the United Methodist Church.
